its been a while and no clear fix i didnt change anything lately and i decided to buy sadeko but this is the problem
i dont know how to tell you but i can't buy calls and there is no error code i have pic my can help me with it

Haven’t seen this problem from others yet… contact support, they can look into your account and maybe help you out better than what we can do here:

thanks for your replay i alredy talk to them and its been 3 days and no answer from them

After a few days you should get an automated message that your ticket is not forgotten and then it can take several days until they answer. It depends on how many tickets they have incoming (last December it took up to a month until they could reply…)
