Devotion to the Unseen Archive Challenge still Bugged

"Devotion to the Unseen" Hit 3 Survivors while undetectable while using the perk "Dark Devotion" (I have done this on Plague with no results as well as Tier 1 Myers with no results.)
On PC
- Boot up the game
- Load into a killer match
- Equip perk "Dark Devotion" and hit 3 survivors while undetectable in a single match
- No progress towards archive or completion
This has been bugged for quite a while and does not work on any form of undetectable while using the perk.
