So sick of this bloodweb design. There's nothing random about it at all. I am wasting time and points leveling up characters and literally the same garbage perks keep showing up, web after web. I have spent so many points looking for one perk it's ######### ridiculous. I prestige my character and have leveled up to at least 100 and I am getting the same exact perks in repetition.. perks I don't even use. Fix this!!!!

I too have pages and pages of perks on all my characters that I'll never use. This problem cannot be swept under the rug.
