PC -- Teleported To Killer On Unhook

In game, I was unhooked at (I believe) the same moment the killer was stunned while using his power, and I was teleported to him and unhooked in his face. I do not believe he was a cheater though he was lagging very oddly. Unfortunately no video evidence. I doubt this is an easily replicated bug, but since it got me killed it sure wasn't fun. :)
