    Hockey player here: You need to learn to skate to a reasonably good level before you even think about picking up a stick :) most people do not realize that

    Stand there and keep your goal covered, make them come to you

    no reason for a goalie to leave his position.

    Beat people up with the hockey stick then put them on hooks.

    Do whatever it takes to get off the rink. It doesn't matter if you have the most SOG, G, A, beat up the entire other team single handedly, bribe the ref, melt the ice with your speed, make a goal while doing a triple backflip 1080 with a blindfold and your arms tied behind your back, or get nominated MVP by your team.

    You still suck if you don't get off the rink and be deranked in the listings.

    Never, ever, forget this.

    Unfortunately for you, Jason Voorhees has not been added to this game as of this writing, so knowing how to play hockey does not impact your skills as a DBD player (yet).

    What a refreshing and totally not overused joke.

    yeah the comparison wasn’t the best.

    but they are looking at how MMR is calculated and affecting gameplay/matchmaking and are not just stubbornly leaving it despite negative feedback (that’s at least what they are testing currently I think) and it wasn’t meant as a literal 1:1 comparison

    Stick is surprisingly good for balance tho.


    Also, beware the dashers they are so ######### hard and will not move an inch if you hit them
