I have been seeing it a bunch with billy player using double speed addons, Death Engravings, and Doom Engravings, I have noticed when revving saw they are losing terror radius chainsaw sounds and losing blood stain. And it's not because they are running tinker I have seen it a lot I think this needs to be looked into.
