There are three kinds of Hags. Well, 4 types, but bodyblockers are a rarity on a rarity (and crap).
Campy Hags: Won't have too many traps placed outside of the central structure and maybe shack. Will put traps near the hook, or on close paths. Wait for her to bugger off, get into position and crouch in and out. If she hard camps, you'll need help.
Territorial Hags: Will have a concentrated 'zone' of traps, usually around a planned 3gen and/or main structure. Slam early gens, don't take too much damage. You'll need to bum rush her, then fall back to heal.
Roaming Hags: My sort of Hag. She'll have traps all over the map, basically any path she's seen you take. Will herd you towards traps and will attempt to cascade pressure.
She can be tough to face on small maps, but on larger ones, just hold W, predrop and stick to the sides of the map.
