Spawned Close To A Survivor?

I was playing as killer and the first thing I notice when the map had loaded was a survivor in plain view not to far away. I've been playing for a couple of years and that is the first time I have seen that happen. Some random glitch maybe?

    It started happening to me about a year ago as survivor. I'll hear the killers terror radius while the camera is spinning loading in. It's never a good time. I just hope that the killer isn't an instadown killer and isn't running lethal pursuer if I happen to atleast spawn behind a wall where I'm not directly facing them. Yesterday I had a match v Doctor on Midwich and I could see his glowy eyes at the other end of the hall facing me when my camera stopped. Was glad he wasn't an insta-down killer so I had a chance for a bit of a chase.

    I gave the survivor a chance to go hide and went in a different direction.

    I spawned in direct LOS of a Mikaela last night....on Ormond.

    She got the full Lethal Pursuer Nemesis experience, but without the LP. I've had ppl spawn in my TR but never direct LoS
