Decisive strike

Hello, I'm just wondering if there's anything that can make decisive strike fail even though you've hit the skill check? There's been a few times now where I've had to use it and it hasn't worked, it made the same sound and red error image on the check marker if you were to miss a wiggle skill check.

I've had this issue before, Was by any chance the killer dropping from a great height as you hit the skillcheck? Did the perk completely deactivate as if you got off (e.g. You got downed again but this time the skillcheck prompt just didn't come up)?

No I was in a locker and yeah it didn't give me the chance to use it again from my next unhook.

Make a report in the forum session, and try to describe exactly what happened (for devs replicate the bug)

I've actually seen this exact scenario play out with the locker grab, My best theory is that you hit the skill-check before the game could register the fact you should be freed from the killer's grasp, kind of like how you have to perfectly time a Flashlight or flashbang save, in any case it's the games fault though because you can't time a DS skill-check

Appreciate your reply, my last occasion was a locker but it has happened from being downed in a chase too. I do agree it could be the game not registering that I've hit it. Definitely worth reporting. Thank you.

Just an update on this.. I've sent a report off to support and they are investigating the issue, the support staff think it may be an issue with the killer perk Iron Grasp, I just need to go through my PS4 footage to confirm.
