Bloodweb is an outdated system

It is outdated for the reasons below :
- RNG based
- Too many perks, too many time to unlock the ones you want to play with
The system needs to evolve toward a bloodpoint perks shop where you can buy the perks you have chosen.
Bloodweb can still be used for items though as being able to buy the one you want would be a problem for the game's balance.
