Console - freezer room in The Game

So in the freezer room there is a hanging corpse facing an open wall, right ?
Well inside the freezer room to the left of the door (as from the human corpse perspective) is a hook, and I wiggled off from Spirit's shoulder (as she just walked into the freezer room and looked towards the hook) and half of my body glitched into the floor.
I could only spin and the spirit could hit me if I didn't crouch, but couldn't pick up.
It happened once, but why did it happen in the first place ! (Maybe because of ping ?)
