How often do you run into cheaters? Please specify your region.
I'm talking specifically about blatant cheaters like survivors and killers flying, doing weird animations, throwing hatchets, etc. Subtle cheaters are very hard to actually detect and say for sure. I've been in NA for a month now and, from the moment I started keeping track of it, I ran into blatant cheaters in 12% of my games. Which is a lot. This was not the case in Asia or South America, in these regions cheaters are actually quite rare from my experience.

~900 hours. i can say for sure that I saw 2 times people teleported and instahealed. EU.

That's interesting, 900h is a lot of experience and most EU streamers I watch claim to run into cheaters often (not dropping names lol), do you think these cheaters appeared recently (over the last few months), or did you run into one of them shortly after starting playing?

Maybe more. I can't say if somebody uses wallhack vision. But when dude teleports to gates, yeah, that occurred.
Erm... first time i saw those teleport things in 2021 and second time recently.

Oceania, in about 1700~ hours I've seen about 3 and they were all within about a couple months of each other.

NA, never saw any hackers for the longest time, then started seeing a lot of them last year. Have reported at least 5-10, have probably seen another 20 or so that were either very subtle or appeared very suspect. I probably played 100-200 hours last year. Didn't see any in my time before that
Have only played about 10 matches since October, so I couldn't comment on how common they are now

Europe, been playing since Curtain Call Chapter, and a lot (I think between 2 and 3K hours)
i have seen blatant cheaters occasionally, and last autumn 3 in a week, but before and after that it was very very rare.
MMR is hidden. And plenty of people are acting like they are high MMR when they are not (or can’t really prove it).

Funny story last night was playing as Pinhead and thought I brought engineers fang, every time I kept hitting with my chain I kept saying ######### aren't they injured immediately thought was playing against a group of hackers. Only to find out I brought Larry's Blood instead. How that happened beats me lmao

Not that often do I see blatant cheaters. I think I saw one last month? Was a feng that could insta blind the killer even if her flashlight was pointing at a wall and the killer was across the map.

okay just saw one surv who did dead hard but did not have one in score screen. he had self care, 2 boons and IW. No offerings. Maybe I do not understand something about the game, but yeah.

I see something like one cheater every other day. It's easy to identify the EGS cheaters, so I just dodge them. I do count that as at least seeing them lol.

EU West, in the last 6 months I have seen 3 cheaters. All of which I reported.

First hacker was a hillbilly the first week I started playing.
I was playing survivor against a plague and a Dwight teleported into the basement. (I saw with bond).
Then a speed hacker last week. those are the only 3 hackers I've ever faced.

If you do see them, they are likely a blatant cheater. People that own those accounts just leave the names at default since they have 100+ accounts typically.

I only noticed it 2 times.
- A survivor could hook themselfes but was immortal in that position.
- A survivor had speed heal cheats and could teleport.
If it was more than these 2 times, then I didn't notice.

It was ridiculous, you can't really do much. There might be some trick of making them spaz tho but luckily I didn't encounter them since that day.
She had every perk and add on I think and just phase on top of you most of the time.

I've never met a cheater
South America here. I only had one instance where I suspected another player was cheating. But that's it. I didn't have decisive evidence or anything.
I'm well aware there are cheaters in this game, but in my region (and/or Matchmaking level I guess, I'm an average player) I've seen close to nothing suspicious. Hope it stays that way.

I’ve seen more hackers/cheaters than I can count, but that’s not even the main problem. The cheaters you see teleporting and running at ridiculous speeds are a minority compared to the players who use cheats that are hard to notice, such as moving 5% faster, unhooking faster, healing fast without any healing speed perks, etc.
It’s like how you see the tip of an iceberg but the majority is underwater where you can’t see it. There’s so many cheaters running around and Behavior barely does anything about it. They’re too busy taking away Dowsey’s cosmetics and ignoring community feedback.

I sometimes go through periods where I see a lot more obvious hacking/cheating. Generally speaking though, I barely ever encounter them. I live in Ireland and presumably play on UK servers, considering the amount of people from the UK that I face.
