BHVR, Shadowborn FOV range (87-103°) should be basekit
I know that you have stated before the reason a flat FOV increase/slider will not be basekit is because this game is balanced around a limited FOV. But I want to genuinely bring up a debate regarding that.
Yes, up to +15° basekit would remove some strategies that are possible currently. For instance, hiding right beside the killer, hiding by a window due to the killer's limited FOV, hiding more to the sides of their screen, etc. However, how common or impactful even are those sorts of things?
Even without the ability to do certain techniques like those anymore or at a reduced level of capability, I genuinely do not think it is much of a loss or impact at all. In the first place, techniques like that do not work if a killer just pays attention. For instance, it is standard for better players to check their surroundings regularly, check beside them after vaulting to catch someone hiding right beside them, etc. The only thing it removes are things that weren't meaningful at all, in my opinion.
This also improves accessibility for people who get dizziness or headaches due to the limited FOV. Furthermore, it allows for reworking perks like Shadowborn or Monitor & Abuse in whole or part respectively, allowing for more helpful or interesting perk designs.

Whats normally a setting in most games shouldn't be an entire perk. If it's a perk, it should be worth bringing. There is never a big enough benefit to having slightly bigger fov for it to enter anyone's kits aside from the nausea it can help with.
