Two Perk Game
Sorry for posting a day late and once again the majority has voted Dead Hard is stronger than Decisive Strike. The new perk for this week is Dead Hard vs Boon: Circle Of Healing

Dead Hard
This is a little tricky because Circle of Healing is getting nerfed in the upcoming 5.7.0 release. My gut instinct is Dead Hard is probably the stronger of the two currently, but it depends a bit on the scenario. Circle of Healing impacts certain killers and strategies more than others. Dead Hard is more of a mostly consistent benefit in terms of extending chases a certain amount of time. Killers play around both of them so they're both impactful.

Boon: Circle of Healing
Dead Hard saves you a health state. CoH saves a health state for the entire team.

CoH has incredible potential value and absolutely can make a killer regret the day that they were born.
But DH simply has better utility and is the king of all 'get out of jail free' cards.
CoH is silly strong, but It won't save me from an IR Head Huntress after I'm off the hook.
