PC - Killer POV Artist shadow is static

• Description of the issue: The Artist's shadow is completely inanimate from her POV.
• Steps to reproduce (if possible): As Artist: Look down at your shadow.
• How often does this occur: Consistently, from the start to the end of any match.
If it matters, the cosmetic combination I'm using is Frozen Mask / Transfixing Gown / Mournful Blade. I have not tested if changing these affects her shadow.
