What happend to Dead Hard?
Is it just me or did they remove hit validation? Since a few days dh doesn't work in 7/10 cases. Have they changed something or is it maybe my ping, the killers ping or did I messed up?
Has anyone experienced something similar?

In every match I play there's at least one moment when my Screen is covered in blood but the Survivor runs like a spring chicken, so I guess it must be alright

Idea: Get better at the game, and learn from your mistakes instead of relying on Dead Hard.

Idea: A person is not bad at the game because they chose Dead Hard, it is a powerful tool used to combat powerful killers. Dead Hard indeed requires skill to use, as we all know how foolish someone looks when they use Dead Hard poorly.
Rather, Dead Hard should be adjusted so that every survivor taking this perk has less of a dramatic impact on matches at the higher levels of skill.

the only thing your picture tells me is despite the perk is overused it didn't help them to survive and 3 of them didn't even get 10k points, not sure how that shows it's broken and unhealthy.
True is Dead Hard is strong, but there are barely some other good perks in the game, dh is one of the few decent ones, and that's the reason why you see it a lot

The picture shows that the killer played as Plague.. DH is mostly useless against Plague since her red vomit will still hit you right through it and I ASSUME that's what happened

Fact: If the only reason they aren't down is because of a Dead Hard, they are effectively worse at the game than the survivor who runs a killer without it.

All OP wanted was to know if a change had been made or if it was probably a ping issue. Instead we get the usual Dead Hard bad responses.

This comment is completely antithetical to the point of Dead Hard there will always be a point in which the only reason someone is still alive is because of Dead Hard, the point of the perk is to extend the chase.
Stop trying so hard to be an #########, the person made a valid point.
