How do you unblock people in Dead by Daylight?

I'm not talking about friends that you can call up in a custom game. I'm talking about people you don't know. There seems to be no interface to unblock or reconsider unblocking people once they are blocked in the game.

    Blocking only prevents the player to send you in-game friend invites.

    you can block and unblock them when you are in the same lobby with them otherwise it’s not possible I think.
