Grim pantry bug

I just had a match on grim pantry (the one with the giant boat). I played as killer and I couldn't hear any of the audio for gens, pallet breaking, or survivors injured. At the start I thought one of them was running calm spirit and iron will. Is this a new bug or something please let me know I actually had to pay attention to visuals that match lol.
