Add a favorite system.
Hello.
I have been thinking about this throughout other games i play regular and DbD is one of them, but i notice that DbD is missing a nice feature there you can put a star (or favorite) on your favorite survivors and killers in menus so it become better and faster to start matches.
PS. I'm lazy to go through all characters sometimes. XD
Thoughts about my suggestion?

are you switching characters that often?
seems unnecessary really. switching characters takes one button, granted you have to sift through them to get the one you want. at most, it would save a miniscule amount of time, all of which would be lost waiting in the lobby anyway.

However, that could still work for perks alongside the search bar.

perks i understand. if you have multiple favorite perks for multiple players, a favorites icon/ sorting system would be helpful. not so much for survivors.
