Because he isn't particularly fun to go against. He's lethal in a 1v1 scenario and on open maps. He's practically unloopable unless you are at a loop with high walls. He has little to no counterplay. And not to mention, 90% of Trickster's camp and/or tunnel.

Yeah, I agree. Trickster takes less skill than huntress and is also better at facecamping or hitting you in the open. At least u can dodge her hatchets here and there. But her proxy camping / face camping playstyle is still annoying to me :/

You have this same energy when killers dc when they get RPD correct?

I do. Though if Survivors abuse RPD and certain perks/items; they can't whine when slugged.

I think DCing is never OK unless there's an RL emergency.

Ok good. For me dcing is only alright with the IRL emergency or if you're going against a hacker or have one on your team even.

These forums do seem to be alright with dcing just by going against things they dont like though, on both sides, be it a map, killer or even perk.

Id say twins but they’re not far off from each other’s. Casually they were one after the other too

To each their own, but I think BHVR pulled off their concept and design very well. They’re honestly the most unique set of killers the game received in a long time. But yeah, their DLC was riddled with bugs and issues. And I get not everyone loves their most optimal play style. Those Victor noises get me every time though, and even Charlotte’s! 😆

The people that get it, get it — and the people that don't, don't 💅🏻

On a real note, most people haven't learned how to play against a Trickster because he's not played very often. So when they start failing against him they normally DC because they don't want to put up with it (especially when the Trickster knows what he's doing).

It makes me laugh when someone DCs against me as Trickster and I'm performing well. With those kinds of people they take me playing Trickster SUPER personally for some reason. Most of the time I'll end up getting a toxic end game chat from them that moreso goes after me as a person, with gross sexism or homophobia. They get even more mad when you troll them harder in return. I feed off people's hate for Trickster.

Trickster and Huntress are not the same killer, and how you play them are different. Huntress requires game knowledge, and her power requires experience to be played at a high enough skill level to. Trickster is one of the killers that are very easy to play. At most loops an opportunity to throw knife should be available at most turns for the killer (shack is a good example). As a result looping trickster at most tiles is actually a bad way to play against him, instead you should pick a direction and run for distance.

Because he's boring as crap to play against. Delete him BHVR.

    May be that:

His power is harder to dodge than huntresses.

You can't bodyblock his power (it will just help him build Main Event faster and mow you like a lawn mower)

That's... all i could think of. In fewer words Trickster is a more boring and harder to counter huntress.

(I guess getting injured by his power feels bs rather than being shot by a hatchet or the deathslinger's harpoon, because with hatches and harpoons you are like "nice throw" or " I could've dodged that". But with Trickster it's just Ughhhhhh sound effect.)

Huntress or Deathslinger don’t get the closest thing we’re gonna see to a Gatling gun/Overwatch limited time ultimate built up that is best utilized by face camping near full charge. Huntress is punished far heavier for missing with only five to seven hatchet opportunities, same as Deathslinger with only one shot between reloads. Their powers can’t be modified with add-ons to go through survivors, explode around them, or go around walls either.

And above all, their design and appearance aren’t absolute cringeworthy and unwelcome in Dead by Daylight.

A lot of people not mentioning that his projectile hitboxes are somehow even worse than Huntress's hitboxes were before dedicated servers. I cannot count the amount of times the final knife has hit me through a wall or around a corner, it's so dumb.
