I feel it's rather self explanatory, and it'll fit with the new Charlotte hat skin from the rift reveal.


It may also lead to the ability to make power skins, for possibly crossover/legendary skins and their possible changes to Power Appearance.

    In my opinion, Victor should get cosmetics too, it would make Twins cosmetics actually fun :)

    I think the issue is that, although he is not a baby, baby clothes might be the only size that fits him. 😕

    The only explanation for this not getting into the game must be a crippling allergy to success, love, and fun.

    But we've seen Victor die to lesser things so...
