The Paranoid Killer: The Worker
What ever you do, don't look away!
The Worker
A tiring killer, able to force survivors to look the wrong way and slow the game to a crawl using his power Possessed Pauper.
Power: Possessed Paupers
Bound to work as the entity's servant, the worker can ensnare survivors' attention and time using his ability to switch between the ethereal plane and a stone body.
The Worker begins the game in the Ethereal Plane with 6 Blood Red Tapes and a movement speed of 6.0 m/s with no terror radius but can't attack, see or pick up survivors, or break anything. The Survivors also cannot see you.
Blood red Tape
When in the ethereal plane, the worker can put down Blood Red Tapes in 0.5 seconds. If a survivor steps on a Blood Red Tape, they become Ensnared. After the chase ends, the survivor has 10 seconds to go to Damned Desk in order to get rid of the effect in a quick 0.5 second interaction. If they fail to do so, they take a health state of damage. If the chase starts up again, the timer is reset. If a survivor steps into another Blood Red Tape when already ensnared, they take a health state of damage. This health state does not a speed boost.
Special Enemy: Statues
Four Statues spawn in the map and move at 4.0 m/s when not seen by any survivor. When seen by a survivor, they stop moving. The statues will roam around the map until they spot a survivor in their "sight" radius of 32 m. The Statues can vault over windows and pallets and can be stopped mid animation. If a statue is looked at for 10 seconds straight, the survivor becomes oblivious which lasts until they don't look at the statue for 5 seconds. The Worker can see the aura of the Statues at all times. If a statue gets within 4 m of a survivor, the time it takes to possess the statue is reduced by 1.5 seconds.
Special Power: Unholy Management
When in the ethereal plane, you can possess a statue. This takes 3 seconds for the animation to complete, but there is no cue for the survivors that you have possessed the statue until you move. If the survivor looks away, the statue will still move towards them as if you did not posses it.
When in a statue, you move at 115% when not looked at and 110% when being looked at. Your Terror Radius is 32m and you have an average killer height. You can return to the ethereal plane instantly, but it will take 5 seconds for the TR of the possessed statue to disappear and you can't posses the statue for 15 seconds.
Perks
Overtime
Sure, the entity said they only needed to do 5 gens, but you need a couple more hours from them.
All survivors gain a 25% in repair speed, but this effect is not shown to them. After hooking a survivor for the first time, gain a token. If three tokens are gained, Overtime is activated.
When survivors open an exit gate, the gate stays closed and all gens are unblocked. Survivors need to complete half of any generator in order to re-power the exit gates to open.
Death is in the Details
Your careful watch waits for any opportunity to strike down those beneath you.
Survivors who fail a skill check have their aura reveal for 5 seconds.
Any survivor who has their aura revealed by a killer perk is exposed. Survivors who have unhooked or have been unhooked in the last 10 seconds are immune to this effect.
Greed is Good
Your targets greed becomes your greatest asset.
Survivors who repair, cleanse, bless, open chests, or open gates when within a 12 m radius of a survivor who is in a health state lower than them, have their aura is reveal to you.
Notable Add-ons
Old Punch Card
A reminder of an older, much more boring job.
The time it takes to posses a statue is reduced by 1 second.
Bloody Punch Card
A reminder of an older job with a fantastic going-away party.
Statues gain an illusory TR when within 8m of a survivor it can see.
Iridescent Punch Card
Evidence of your new, more exciting job. The option to clock out is missing.
One less statue is spawned.
Statues now move every 3 seconds if looked at for 0.2 seconds.
Leather Brief Case
A leather brief case, perfect for holding documents and weapons in.
You spawn in with and can carry two more Bloody Red Tape
Contract with the Entity
A beautiful contract made with a combination of gold leaf, iridescent paper, and blood. Its words are carefully picked by both parties to maximize returns for both.
Possessing a statue immediately reveals you to be possessing it.
You spawn in with 2 less Blood Red Tape
When not being looked at, your TR is decreased by 12 meters and you lose your red stain.
Concluding Thoughts
The Worker is designed to be a sort of variant of the trapper, exchanging the immediate damage of a bear trap for map pressure. The Blood Red Tapes are not meant to deal damage but rather force you to waste time. The real danger is his ability to be everywhere at once. There is no safe part of the map, because it only takes less than 5 seconds for him to posses another statue. This map pressure comes at the cost of speed. If a survivor is looking at you, you slow down to 110 making many loops bad for you. The only real concern I have is camping, but I think this can be fixed by having the Statues have a tendency to avoid hooked players.
The intended play style is to always being doing something. Either chasing survivors as a statue or setting up traps in the ethereal plane.

I had something similar in mind since I have been working in warehouses. My killer was named the Lumper, which is just a fancy word for box stacker.
The Lumper could have a teachable perk refered to as Palletizing in which the killer can passively injure survivors who attempt to drop a pallet on him. The pallet does not break, but stays in place.
Anyway, I apologize for my rant. I would be looking forward to being tossed on the hook by the Worker if the developers want to include him in the game. That Overtime perk sounds like a pain to deal with and would frustrate any survivors who are overconfident in their skill checks.
Also, those statues remind me of HR workers. In the right hands those statues can frustrate any effort, much like your local HR rep.
