DBD HAS TO REINSTALL AT EVERY UPDATE

Every time DBD has to update, it makes me reinstall the game completely. Every patch, everything. Just, every time there's an update. I searched everywhere for solution but nah.... I know many people have this bug, they do not know the solution either. What should I do?
I cleared download cache and tried again. -NOT WORKED.
Re-started PC, then clicked update. NOT WORKED.
Sign in- out from Steam. NOT WORKED.
Validated game files. NOT WORKED.
Note:
I am Pc (Steam) player.
Steam installed game to original file directory (Where Steam wants to install game originally), I didnt change any file location.

I'm going through all the check lists and it hasn't worked for me. I even reinstalled the whole game, but no luck.
