Toolboxes don't work on gens?!?!?!

I brought a green toolbox with a brand new part and the wire coil thingy (increases charges by 12) and when i went near the gens, the 'repair with toolbox' didn't appear. I tried this on a few other gens, and it still didn't appear. I was playing on midwich elementary school. Is this a bug on the map, or have they full on removed the repairing with gens??


(btw i could sabotage hooks still with the toolbox)
