Killer: The Designer

Just had this idea and decided to write it down, also the first time I "make" a killer so idk if it is balanced or not, but here it goes....


POWER:

The entity has given The Designer the power to manipulate and pull at the souls of survivors with her talent.


Press the active ability button to enter designer mode, while this is active you can select two survivors who are close to each other and stitch their souls toguether with the red or green strings.


Red string:

When the soul of two survivors are stitched toguether with this string, half of the damage dealt to one is carried to the other.

(eg: Putting survivor A into the dying state will make survivor B lose 1 full healthstate)


Green string:

If the soul of two survivors are stitched toguether with this string and they run away from each other, the string will pull at their hearts, making them slower until the string snaps.


The artist always has two charges on her power, when using it, it goes on coldown for a moment (longuer if she uses the two charges). She can use each charge to combine the two strings or double use the same string for a better effect. (green would slow even more, red would deal the same damage to survivor B)


The string will always snap if The Designer hits one of the survivors, if they are far from each other or if 30 seconds pass.



PERKS:


Cutting the line: when a survivor enters or exits your terror radius they'll become blinded for 5/10/15 seconds.

(I'm not sure if using another status efect, I like the idea of having something to confuse the survivors each time they enter/exit the terror radius)


Black sheep: You become obsesed with one survivor. Anytime one survivor is close to the obsesion they'll get a penalty of 5/10/20% when repairing, healing and opening doors. This penalty doesn't affect the obsesion itself.

(I like the idea of an obsesion perk that works passively, but it could be easily countered by SWF as they call it out)


Tight seams: When you kick a generator Tight Seams activates for 30 seconds. If a survivor tries to repair this generator during this time, it will become blocked by the entity by 5/10/15 seconds, making the aura of this generator white.

(I think it would be neat to use this to know where people are or to make a 3 gen into a 2 gen temporarily)



The idea behind this killer would be to make survivors stick toguether, having great presure. While on chases, forcing them to coordinate extremely well or making them sandbag eachother.

If The Designer manages to get early hits while the red string is on play she could distribute the damage or if they decide to run away to snap the strings they'll get slowed down with the green string, giving The Designer an easy hit.

I'd like to think of her power kinda like a blend of clown (having two options of how to deploy their power + slowing down), plague/legion (penalizing survivors for being close) plus adding something new with the red string.
