Does Anyone else have this rotten game issue where you can't hit even in 1 inch, even being LITERALLY inside the survivor?

this was taken from a part of a video that i literally launched the hit while being like that and the hit didn't register atall, i couldn't mori the other survivor either, even having the option to. literally i feel this game is getting even more rotten day by day, update by update, frustrating, annoying, irritating, nothing comes out good from this game but literal anger, I play survivor, I get hit from 5000 miles away, I play as killer I can't hit from 1 inch and less than inch away, tell me what to do, I like this game but I swear, even God himself would be disappointed in this rotten game.
