Victor Needs to Count as a Chase.
I've seen this as an issue for both survivors and killers, for survivors they can loop victor for hours and receive no blood points from what is objectively a more difficult chase to deal with. As a killer I have a challenge in the new Tome: Devotion to chase someone right after Hoarder activates, so I did, but as Victor. and so my chase didn't count and I can not be more frustrated. I understand that technically Charlotte is the killer NOT victor, however since victor is doing the majority of the work, the bp categories gotta count the same way, for at least chases which is the ONE thing he does
not trying to sound aggressive, I think this just makes sense and should be updated

Yeah, this is one of the more disappointing realities of playing as and against Twins. Should be fixed.

I agree 100%. Also opens for the possibility of giving him and Charlotte different chase tunes, which would be pretty cool.

Victor doesn't have any chase music though, do you think he should get one?

If being chased by him actually starts counting as a chase, I think it would be a golden opportunity to give him and Charlotte different chase music. The Legion mixtapes sure imply it's totally possible to give "one killer" more than one tune.
At the moment he doesn't chase of course, and that's the primary thing I want. He's chasing people, give the people he chases the bloodpoints and emblem scores they should be getting for being chased, and same for the Twins player.

What a good idea! It really sucks that Victor is basically the main Killer here, but you don't get any bloodpoints on either side when chasing as him.

Part of Victor’s benefit is he’s stealthier than a basic killer so if chase music started whenever he saw people it would make him noticeably weaker. I agree though that survivors and the Twins should get scoring events akin to chase events when Victor is actively chasing people.

Yeah, this is one of the reasons that almost nobody enjoys playing against the Twins. Most of the chasing action doesn't register as a chase, and nobody gets points for it.
I think the issue is that Victor counts as a killer prop instead of a killer and the usual checklist of "what constitutes a chase" doesn't get its boxes ticked. I agree this is something that needs to be fixed and that chase music for Victor when he's actively chasing you would be great, but I don't think it's as simple as the Legion deal, which is just a question of "is a chase active" and an if/elseif/else running through the mixtapes to see if the Legion is running a relevant addon. Victor would need his own specific chase code written up.

Yeah I get it no one mains twins, just since the tome came into play this seems to be a more prevalent issue, I mean they have a challenge that's literally chasing after hoarder activates, but let's be honest who's gonna chase with M1 charlotte over here.

You don´t need to play twins for the hoarder challenge. So far i haven´t been matched against twins. At least not in the last 3 or 4 months.

This usually isn't a big issue though because an experienced Twins player would probably down pretty quickly with Vic. As a result the Victor portion of the chase would be short. It isn't a terrible idea that they add your suggestion, but I'd be a bit concerned that they'd end up shadow-nerfing them again. The Twins have been shadow-nerfed so many times at this point that I'd honestly prefer if they were just ignored for the most part.

I have been saying this for so long. It's why I hate the Twins. Either be chased by Victor for no points toward emblems/BP or slugged and camped for no points towards emblems/BP. They are not a rewarding killer to face or play as.

I don't think you need to be playing as the Twins for that challenge, just using Hoarder. You could do it on Pinhead just fine.
The only ones that require Twins are the ones for Victor's Pouncing survivors.

I think you mean no terror radius? The element of surprise/stealth is already gone if Victor is chasing you. His little snarl can be heard when he’s that close.

That's true but I don't have time to get the teachable and level up another character Ik it was in the shrine, but like, obviously if you need to use hoarder and you're not a killer main, you're probably gonna play twins right? there's problems beyond the challenge, i just used it as an example as why it sucks that it doesn't count

Lol, I haven't been up in the forums up until recently. I used to dump all my ideas in long paragraphs in my friend's DMS but realized oh hey, it's probably smarter to just do it professionally in the forums right? so that's what I've been doing. This just shows how many people actually own the twins but don't like their playstyle.
Once this archives chapter is over, we'll go back to see them once per year.

When Victor is out and about, it feels the same as a cloaked wraith in pursuit. There's a chase going on, but nobody gets any chase points. Overall very unsatisfying especially from a survivor pov.

I just figured this out last night. Bit late to the new tome and on the chased for irredesent charm 3 times.
Looped a twins for 4 gens almost then got out without a hook but only got gold and i can only assume its because viktor doesnt count. Im annoyed because its probably the best ive ever played as im hideously average and it didnt count haha.
