When a frenzying legion is stunned via Head On, Julie's mixtape does not recover frenzy.

Yep, this is a bug, the description says "stunned by any means". Even the patch notes officially say "If The Legion is stunned during Feral Frenzy, the power gauge refills once the duration of the stun ends"
