Hawkins map replacememt

We need a replacement for hawkins, a map of blight's lab with Lore an old abandoned warehouse with lots of plants on the walls, with the luminous serum flowing and dripping from the ceiling and the main room the ex's office from where it is accessed through a secret passage .. the bookcase or a fireplace (behind and going down the stairs, so the opposite of hawkins where there is a series of rooms upstairs) to the room of the real laboratory with various things of the experiments and a generator, only after completing a generator will open the passage


This is my idea and how I would like it
