Game Stuttering - Will I Get In Trouble Changing Game Files
So since the recent update even though I have under 30ms ping in all of my matches, and an under 60ms ping when playing with friends over seas. I keep experiencing what seems to be a connection issue where the game like stutters, and momentarily freezes. After hours of ensuring nothing was wrong with my connection, I moved on to researching what could be wrong. Which brought me to "Maybe the other players connection is bad", but we've tested this and even with all players under 60ms including the Killer there is still stuttering and freezing. More research other people say it's because FPS is capped at 60, and the anti-aliasing setting being locked.
I am just wondering would I get in trouble if I found a way to get into the game files to uncap FPS, and turn off anti-aliasing. There are some guides on how to do it online as a fix for this issue, but I don't want to get banned.

I think with the latest update they disabled being able to change the config files at all
Not sure if it's intentional or not, we've not been given any info about it yet. I'd say maybe wait to see if there's a hotfix on the upcoming tuesday - maybe they'll re-enable config editing again.
