Can the Wrathful well still be unlocked?

I played the game consistently for more than a week when the DLC came out and didn't unlock it, when it was confirmed the unlock condition was bugged I stopped stressing about it and forgot.
But with the easter egg fixed I still haven't unlocked the charm. Is there a separate unlock condition, something other than booting the game up on the seventh day after you bought the DLC?

i am not entirely sure what the conditions are. But you can contact support directly, maybe your account somehow was skipped due to that bug.
