Can hackers do this...
So this has only happened with two of my Killers... I'll go to charge up attacks and my basic swings won't register (the arm goes up and then down as if I canceled it). Same with charged attacks (the bar will only fill halfway and nothing will happen). This has happened with my Doctor and for the first time today with my Bubba. It hasn't happened in months and this was the first time it ever happened with my Bubba.
In terms of what happened with my Bubba, I literally couldn't swing and the chainsaw wouldn't rev/charge and it was completely silent but only when I was near Survivors in the match. I'm almost positive someone in the match was doing something because they would just stand in front of me without trying to run. Has anything like this happened to anyone?
I'm on the PS4 and it's definitely not my controller.

I considered that but I recently changed service providers. I haven't had any connection issues, not even lag.
