PC - Wraith not being affected by Blast Mine

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as Wraith in a custom match with a player using Blast Mine
Step 3 : Use Brutal Strength and both increased vaulting/damaging speed add-ons
Step 4 : Let survivor activate Blast Mine onto generator
Step 5 : While cloaked kick the generator and see how you aren't affected
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character played - Wraith
- Perks played - Brutal Strength, Bamboozle, Devour Hope, Monitor and Abuse
- Map - Coldwind Farms, I believe it was Rotten Fields
- Frequency of the issue - Every time when attempted
