unreachable spot for killer in midwich

survivor can go to an unreachable spot where killer's weapon can't reach- can't pick up either. couldnt get them via blinking as the nurse either. The spot is at the top of the stairs leading up to the "third floor" on the right hand side behind a meat pile. picture below.
Had this issue on steam.
