Question about Barbecue and Chili, bonus points.

Well i know how the perk works, at least i think i know.

I was playing Nemesis, i have perk Barbecue and Chili, 11 hooks, 4 kills. In all cathegories full 8 000 points. Also i had offering to have 100 % bonus in hunting cathegory. So total i had 32 000 points + 6 000 points what is 38 000 points.

But wheres bonus for perk Barbecue and Chili ? i think it has happened to me yesterday too. Should i have something like 70 000 points total ?
