Healing needs to be tweaked.
In essence my idea is simple, you can only cleanly stich a wound a few times before it gets ragged and becomes harder to fix. I think the healing system should work on an exponential increase. So when yiu get wounded for the second time it takes a little longer to heal and after the tenth time it take a good deal longer to heal. Even with the coh nerf healing is still extremely fast. Obviously it would have to work differently with the legion or else they'd be busted. The killer should be rewarded for injuring survivors. There are countless times where I've been chasing someone and their friend comes out of the wood work to body block the downing hit and no matter which I chase the other heals up and does it again. One could make the argument to run forced penance however that only fixes the problem with duos. if there's a trio or quad squad they can just rotate it.

Have been enjoying a little Plague and it is amazing the difference a match goes when they cant heal 400 times

In my case no healing means gens get slammed. Plague is good killer I just don't do that well with her.

There’s nothing wrong with base healing. COH and medkits are just too strong.

I've never been in or seen a match where there were 400 heals.

Generally if one survivor cleanses (rightly or wrongly) you may as well all cleanse and attempt to over saturate her power. Once all pools have been corrupted they all become clean again and she loses her banked corruption.
You can play around her power in either way, she's either a tier 3 myers, or a huntress with rapid fire hatchets. If you can avoid a Huntress or dupe Trickster, you can deal with a corrupt Plague.

To this day I still wonder why people think balancing is about Perks.
When Team1 with 2 Brown Medkit & Team2 with 4 Ranger, +charge addon and Syringe exist along with each other. Giving the same perks.

I have better idea - survivors should start match in dying state. Killer should be rewarded for decision to play killer
