For those calling for Legion nerfs
I hate this killer with a passion I think the design isn’t that good. But they finally aren’t the worst killer in the game and can actually be a threat to those who make mistakes. So stop making mistakes I can conclude the issue isn’t Legion but a skill issue.

If they buffer survivors and then told the killer to stop making mistakes I don’t think it’d sit well, everyone has a good reason to complain and most likely if a lot of people are complaining then there must be an issue.
Ive seen countless survivors dc as soon as they see legion and complain, it gets old very fast but it’s probably due to bad killer rotation as well, constantly facing the same killer gets boring and I imagine most killers want to play as him.
I feel like some of the complaints are valid but it’s hard to tell this early on due to how many people are playing as him, it might just be exaggerated

Every second game against Legion since buff.
Even before buff he was quite common

Can't blame the killers because your teammates DC.
Quitters are the problem not Legion
"I dont like the game so gonna DC"
18 -
Wasn’t blaming the killer, just bad rotation?
1 -
Give legion lasers and jet packs, I don't care. Just make the match fun. It isn't about Legion strength, its about boring gameplay.
4 -
I don’t really like him because he punishes you pretty heavily for your teammates mistakes similarly to a tombstone Myers for example. Just isn’t a fun experience for solo players tbh

Aquire Skill

That can change if they deliver the promised Solo Q improvements
1 -
Those Solo Q-Improvements will do nothing.
4 -
Why is it a skill issue if someone doesn't enjoy a 15 minute deep wound simulator?

You can't compare an entire group (i.e. survivors) with a single killer. Survivor's have been buffed a number of times, with a multitude of 2nd chance perks, can't grab while they're healthy, etc, etc. By rights, every killer needs a buff accordingly to match up!

You can be the most skilled survivor ever and it’s still not fun to go through the match constantly mending. The whole premise of this killer’s design is to make matches last as long as possible - that’s why Legion are so boring to play against. You might get all the gens done and escape, but you’re also probably going to have a 30 minute match. The problem is bad killer design - it was true before the buff and remains true after the buff. Least fun killer to play against besides maybe Pinhead in solo q (but at least those Pinhead matches end quickly).

The other less talked about thing is the tracking aspect of Frenzy. It's super easy to find and soft tunnel someone out of the game because of the killer instinct in Frenzy. They have little to no chase ability, but Legion is pretty much auto-pilot from a game sense and pressure standpoint. Just not fun to face.
2 -
Because people can’t differentiate boring from OP and this is what causes Wraith situations
1 -
Thats it, I have heard it all.
Earlier this week people actually said "Legion is like nurse now"
And here is "Legion is like similar to Tombstone Myers now"
HAHAHAHAHA
Legion OP bois

If you think a little bit more than just laughing your ass off about something you dont seem to understand, you will realize that the comparison is not bad at all.
If your team is constantly healing against Legion (as an example), you will also get punished by it. Same with the team not splitting up. Sure, it is not hard to realize that splitting up works good against Legion and that healing is not really the best way to do, but if your team decides to do exactly that, you are screwed as well.

Those kinds of people suck so much.
I had a match as The Cenobite last night where I just happened to find the Cube at the very start of the match while patrolling to the first generator I came across, and then I was able to go right to find and down a Claudette very quickly and the second she was down, she disconnected.

Oh give me a break, seeing people compare Legion to Tombstone Myers and Nurse is hilarious.
Plague and Legion the new Tombstone Myers 😍

And I've had survivors dc when I down them as clown, the ragequitters are the last group of people anyone should be listening to.
0 -
Sounds like they need to buff more killers to further increase variety
2 -
I personally don't feel the hate (I'm indifferent about mending simulator), and they're a scary enough killer.
I'm just glad that they aren't underpowered now.
They certainly aren't overpowered, but they are oversaturated at the moment. Still, that's temporary.
0 -
Sometimes I don’t think it’s rage quitting, in this sense the trend seems to be killer related, like I said above, probably bad rotation of killers, otherwise I’d agree.
0 -
Spoiler alert, it was alsovmending simulator before the buff
Difference is the killer isnt a joke anymore (even tho they still are low tier)
But survivors want to bully, not feel threaten, hence the hate on top tiers killers
2 -
It's still rage quitting.
1 -
If that’s what you call it and think it is I think you may have issues, not everyone gets worked up over a game haha
0 -
Well clearly the people rage quitting games because of the killer they are facing do.
You can try to justify your rage quitting all you want, doesn't change what it is.
2 -
I would classify it as rage quitting, whether it's "how dare you down me" or "how dare you play a killer I don't like".
Ultimately although some killers are more disliked than others everyone has their own dislikes (I'd rather not play against trapper or clown if I had the choice)
2 -
But what is there to rage about? Id imagine whoever rage quits has some serious issues. Some people just call it a day and play something else, no rage, no issues, just clear concise chill put the game down and play something else
1 -
it's literally rage quitting.
One does not need to throw their controller down or slam their desk to "rage quit"
SImply quitting the match is by definiton rage quitting
2 -
“especially of a video game) to abandon (an undertaking) in a fit of frustration, especially after near success or abrupt failure following a significant investment of time and effort: The level was designed to make grown men rage quit and throw their controllers at the TV.”
So no it’s not, but thanks for trying
1 -
Quitting mid game for any reason that is within your control is rage quitting. You could have just played the game out and then be done, but instead you had to quit the game and make it harder for your teammates because you couldn't handle it.
Which Isn't that too bad, killers also have to deal with repetitiveness with survivors. Yet you don't see killers quitting mid game because they faced the 10th dead hard for the night.
0 -
That’s because killers can see survivors and quit in lobby if they feel uncertain about addons or players?
Also see the definition above
1 -
Leaving a lobby is not quiting the game. Stop ruining games just because you want to be a baby over the choice of killer your opponent picked. And certainly stop trying to justify rage quitting.
0 -
You are playing the semantics game.
Quitting mid game due to you being frustrated for whatever reason, is rage quitting.
You are the only person I have ever seen try to debate if DCing is rage quitting or not. LOL
It is. You do not have to throw your controller to rage quit, everyone knows this.
0 -
I’m not sure you read the original post to this but I said when people see who the killer is due to bad rotation, of course it gets boring and some people dc, nothing mid game about it, and nothing about have a rage inducing quit, the sheer fact you put LOL in capitals clearly shows your mental stability here to discuss something so trivial
2 -
That survivors own fault dc:ing. Legion is fine now and would you like to rather play agains't nurse or blight? Legion is still only m1 killer when he does not use his power so he can be looped. Well and survivors don't need buff other than they should not be punished if killer has high ping and can hit miles away.
0 -
I don’t disagree, I said at the end it’s hard to tell this early on as everyone is playing him so I imagine a lot of the complaints are just from the sheer amount of encounters people have with him.
1 -
Survivors wouldn't be DCing at such a high percentage if Legion was fine now. If survivors are DCing against Legion more than other killers, then it shows there's a problem.
He's not OP, he's boring and drags matches out.
3 -
All the info in the world won’t stop people mending in TR against a legion
0 -
Now you are moving the goal post because you tried to define something to suit your semantics, and continue to try and label the person who disagrees with you as having mental problems.
It is you without the stability to actually discuss this without personal attacks.
1 -
There is no 'rotation' lol killers pick who they pick and are locked into that pick before loading into the lobby. Survivors are free to switch around to whoever no matter the difference in perks and items (hot swapping shouldn't be a thing). So what I'm saying is the game doesn't take into account what killer you just faced nor should it. Queue times would become like they were just a year or two ago if that were the case.
0 -
No, you just chose not to read it properly but thanks for highlighting that fact.
0 -
Ah yes, the Killer never quits!
Facepalm
1 -
Did I say the killer never quits? I only said that you don't see killers quitting over running into dead hard for the 10th time.
0 -
Wouldn't be the equivalent, it would be like if they buffed one of the worst perks in the game to be somewhere in the middle of all perks (with no glaring flaws) and then it was complained that it should be nerfed. Legion is now just barely above where he was he isn't some top tier dominant killer he is just a middle ground slightly more than nothing killer. I don't think the complaints are valid reasons for change honestly.
