Got a Nurse cosmetic without buying it

I never bought this cosmetic piece. It's the same thing that happened when I somehow got one of Wraith's body pieces. But this time, it's the Nurse and it's a headpiece.
Does anyone else have this? Or have I just simply forgotten that I bought this?

No bug luckily, it was part of a login reward bonus back in March/April. Check Jake and you may have some other cosmetics as well.
