Killer: The Keeper

Lore: Once a druidic cultist, corrupted by the Entity, the druid now serves the Entity, growing her plants into twisted, thriving forms. She is now completely changed, skin turned into dark green vines with the Entity's influence controlling her.

Primary Power: Cultivate

The Keeper shoots a seed from her left hand's fingertip into the dirt. After about 4 seconds, the seed turns into a Seedling, and sprouts from the ground.

Seedlings come in with four types: Thorn, Wort, and Spore. Every Seedling can grow into 3 stages:

  • Seedling Stage: Recently planted. The Plant can be uprooted by survivors.
  • Sprout Stage: Fed sufficient blood to grow. The Plant gains additional benefits. Can no longer be uprooted by survivors.
  • Mature Stage: Fed the max amount of blood it needs. The Plant gains even more benefits.

Plant Types:

THORN: Thorn plants take the longest to uproot (12 seconds). When cultivated, they grow a long, thorny vine that sprouts from the center of a weed in the ground. Thorn Plants can whip survivors that come near on command to The Keeper. Holding RMB (Vine Strike) will allow you to see the outline of where your plant will whip. Press SPACEBAR to order the plant to whip, injuring or downing a survivor if it hits. Seedlings can hit within 4 meters, and every stage increases that range by 1 meter.

WORT: Wort Plants are tumor-like eruptions from the ground but take the least amount of time to uproot (8 seconds). When cultivated, it grows larger and glows more threateningly. When passed by within range, it will explode. When Sprouting, it will injure a survivor. When Mature, it will instantly down them. When a Wort is used, it dies and must be replanted.

POLLEN: Pollen Plants provide a variety of debuffs and buffs to Survivors and the Killer, and takes a moderate amount of time to uproot (10 seconds). Pollen Plant Seedlings begin to emit spores that expand to a range of 15 meters around it. Pollen Sprouts expands to 25 meters, and Mature Pollens has a max range of 32 meters. These plants obscure vision with pollen clouds, and inflict Blindness on survivors within it. The Killer gains 5% Haste while within the pollen clouds.

Secondary Power: Vine Strike

The Keeper sprouts a vine from the wrist of their right hand. Pressing the LMB while holding RMB will launch the vine forward with a spike at the end. This will injure a healthy survivor, and after breaking the vine off by any means, inflict a Deep Wound on injured survivors.

The vine can extend to a max of 8 meters before breaking off. Breaking off the vine will inflict a Deep Wound. The vine can also be broken off using the environment, such as throwing a pallet, turning corners, and such.

Landing an attack with Vine Strike will begin to fill The Keeper's power bar as she drains the blood from their victim.

Holding RMB and pressing LAlt will cause The Keeper to stand where she is at and thrust the vine into the ground and pour blood into the soils of the Trial. This will drain the power bar, and feed blood to any Plants that were cultivated in the Trial. You can see which Plants are closer to growing a stage by the color of their aura (White is Fresh, Red is Grown).


PERKS:

Scourge Hook: Dominion

Your realm constantly expands with your sacrifices.

Whenever you hook a Survivor on a Scourge Hook, you gain 10% Haste for 8/10/12 seconds. Additionally, whenever you successfully hook a survivor on a Scourge Hook, another random hook will turn into a Scourge Hook.

Hex: Hallowed Grounds

Your lands are hallowed by the Entity, and none will encroach.

Hex: Hallowed Grounds occupies one Dull Totem and is blocked by the Entity for 60/80/100 seconds. All other Hex Totems are blocked as long as Hex: Hallowed Grounds stands. After the duration, Hex: Hallowed Grounds is unblocked. Once cleansed, all other Hex Totems are also unblocked.

Hex Totems blocked by the Entity still retain their effects.

Hex: Contagion

Let the pain spread.

Hex: Contagion occupies one Dull Totem. For the duration of its life, every time you hit a survivor, the survivor nearest to them will have their aura revealed for 12/14/16 seconds.
