New Haddonfield has big loading issues

I noticed big loading issues on the new Haddonfield map inclusing:
- not loading of perks in the beginning of the map
- not loading textures on killer and map
- sound cutting out/not loading at all unless it's your own-made noises or the killers music/heartbeat
- interactions with the killer as survivor cause big lag-spikes and FPS drops
Side-Note: It is not my pc, I have checked that already. I have met other people with the same issue. I know the servers have currently for some players big lags, but this is extraordinaire on this map. It's a nice map, would love to see it in it's full beauty. The files include such a laggy game on Haddonfield played at 5:40 pm CET.

I guess the only thing Ill ask is are you using an SSD?

@TheArbiter I do and a hard disk. :) everything runs fine tho, it's sadly only the new map. (of course beside the lags or usual bugs)
