Couple of anti-boon suggestions

The thread/discussion about brutal strength being updated to increase snuffing out speed got me thinking that one the problems for me with boon totems is that there isn't an actual perk or two or three that I can bring to deal with them on a fundamental level or at least reward Killers for going out of their way to interact with them.

Hex:Pentimento should convert a boon to a pentimento totem instead of snuffing it out.

Thrill of the Hunt should get its loud noise notification back.

Brutal Strength/Fired Up should probably snuff them out faster, lol.

Other trippy ideas:

Snuffing out a totem gets a STBFL/PWYF/dying light stack.

Snuffing out a boon triggers jolt/surge.

Overcharge forcing skill checks whenever someone blesses a snuffed out boon. Etc etc.
