Should charms be universal (Available to both sides)?
It's kind of odd how certain charms are restricted to certain roles in the game. There are survivor only charms, killer only charms, and universal charms. Should all charms be available for both roles to use?

No, charms should not be available to both sides
There are many killer specific charms that simply wouldn't fit very well clasped to a survivor's side.
Likewise, there are many survivor specific charms that would make for awkward or perhaps even misfitted direction on a killer's hook.
I honestly don't mind having certain charms specific to one side or another - however, I think these instances should be far more specific.
