Please tell me more about the AI cheaters
I haven't played the game since the Ringu PTB.
On Youtube I came across a video talking about cheating bots; they are not controlled by a player, very sensitive to hearing and may be able to see through walls.
How often do you play against these bots?
And did the gameplay experience remain as it was before Ringu update?

Some of them even stream on twitch so you can watch it live lol

What's to tell - they just use hacks to teleport around the map, through wall, and use audio cues cranked up to absurd levels to find you automatically.
I wouldn't say there is any playing against them - there's no chance given. I have seen the same huntress twice in in the past 30 minutes now.

Depending on what they have turned on they can also go through walls and instant down survivors with an m1 and teleport to the hook and right to another survivor, had one game where it was a pig and everyones head exploded right at the beginning of the trial... It's not like an every game type thing but I'd say in every 10-12 games you play you'll get at least one hacker currently

Played against one this past weekend for the first time in like 3 years.
Ran into the same one less than an hour later. It was more funny than aggravating tbh

Except idk if it was an AI because they also came into my stream afterward and that would be kinda crazy for an AI to see that I was a TTV, load up my page, and type a message in chat???? idk

I ran into them for the first time about 90 mins ago (theyre the reason why I’ve been on here for the past hour and a half complaining and warning others. This is very bad. They down and hook everyone very quickly. I had 2 in 3 matches before I came here. The match in the middle was a real player, the first and third one were bots. At the end they had different names. I dont know if the same bot can change its name after every match, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it can. I actually escaped the first huntress bot by 4% off hook and beating it to the hatch with Clairvoyance. I dont know if they are good at finding the hatch or if that needs to be enabled, but it came nowhere near it. Absolutely disgusting time, and I personally didnt find it funny.
I had two in 3 consecutive matches 90 mins ago.
The player can watch his bot do all the dirty work and navigate to your stream manually. One button press disables the bot. Press it again, re-enables it. They can take over whenever they want.

Is this still a thing? If so...My time won't be worth playing this game anymore :(

How do you play against them? You die, that's how.
I've only faced a couple, but that was more than enough, to say the least.
