So there have been multiple teasers posted for Chapter 24. Any theories?

Here's mine:

The new survivor can see into different dimensions and they discover a dimension named "The Garden Of Joy". They find cassette tapes and journal entries that were written by the new killer mentioning a different dimension named "The Fold".

The new killer was researching different dimensions and came across "The Fold". The Fold is a dark dimension filled with monsters and evil and it somehow transformed the new killer into a monster.

The new map is an abandoned mansion/estate with a garden that hold some sort of power. The realm is named "The Garden Of Joy".
