Tokyo Ghoul: Rize as the killer and Kaneki Ken as survivor. I guess the entity story will be that it took both Rize and Kaneki away into the realm during the "date" right after Rize died. And that's why they are in its realm.

There are ways to work around that. One thing BHVR should work on is creating more unique killers with unique playstyles. I mean nurse can ignore the fundamentals of the game by blinking through loops, pinhead can play his own game if you master box locations, so I think creating a slenderman that injures by other means without directly attacking could work.
