I know this is sarcasm, but it truly was a lot more fun in 2016/2017 even with the infinites, vaccuums, and various OP and buggy bullshit. A lot of the fun was discovering what was broken and exploiting it. Hahah. Of course I would never do that now.

8000 BP just for a tier 1 perk... I can see why the devs want to keep legacy exclusive to 2016 players. Also every vault being a fast vault is so broken, pair that with no entity blockers and you got a recipe for literal infinites everywhere.
Imagine if survivors could go back in time with the knowledge they have now, killers would have 0 hooks every game

old dbd was still very fun though, but moments like this were really awful
also, cow tree, jungle gyms and TL walls (if played well e.g., on see through coldwind maps) used to be infinites too

When killers say the game is survivor sided, they don't even know. Now, imagine a sprint burst being used more than once in a match. A sprint from killer shack to infinite cow tree.
It was OK, the abusers got really facecamped or was instantly moried. Both sides were strong in their own ways.

Dbd was actually very fun back then. Not because of the infinites, but because everyone was new and naive. I even remember being scared the first times I played the game, crouching while some Trapper ( absolutely noob like me) patrolled the map. Good times.
