adrenaline change idea
would it be that bad if the perk wouldn't activate if exhausted. just curious. this would add a dynamic in which the player might either save there exhaution perk or not regardless of if it may activate soon.

No it’s fine activating while exhausted. It’s a one-time use endgame perk, it doesn’t need to be further restricted from triggering.
It shouldn’t wake you up against Freddy though.

My idea was for Adrenaline to heal you 1 state or give you a sprint-boost if you are healthy but not both

Adrenaline does not need a nerf, the survivor is running 3 perks for the entire game and gets exhausted the moment it pops, where is the problem here?
They can't Dead Hard, and you can NOED them.

Adrenaline is fine as is. It should be able to activate through exhaustion, it should restore a health state and give a speed burst.

Imagine trying to do adept meg where you can only be not exhausted if you're holding sprint burst. That would be extremely painful. Adrenaline is a strong perk, but it is only reliable if you make it to the end game and are being chased. It really doesn't need a nerf.
