The Cannibal need buff

The cannibal is too much of Hillbilly's inferiority.
When the Cannibal uses its power, raise the speed to 4.0 and have Hillbilly-like speed.
It's so hard to use an chainsaw in chase.
He can only use it when camping, but the survivors don't even come to save it.
I think The Cannibal's ability needs a buff to use its power in the chase.

To make him top tier his chainsaw should be faster remove the slowdown when charging and the chainsaw keeps going after breaking pallets.
