No as in that's how they're unlocked. You do something and get a random cosmetic, like the snowman event.
You go collect the crowns from the pedestals and then get a random reward of 1 of 12 cosmetics after the game

Would've encouraged more playing if you could get a mask for every character. Definitely a shame they're only doing 12.

Pass, i've been on holiday for 5 days up North in the warmth, and in 3 days im going to India to be even warmer for 3 weeks, so i'll miss out.
