Blast Mine + Residual Manifest.
Killer is afflicted with blindness, cant see auras of the other gens, cant see your aura with Nemesis.
Blindness is long enough for a save to be performed and the survivor to be healed whilst avoiding Nurse's.
Truly, there's lots of opportunities for mischief and turning the game around.
